Some of us have endured traumatic experiences that most people wouldn’t dare to discuss. Some of us have had traumatic experiences where everyone around us told us, “Get over it. That’s not a big deal.” I’m here to tell you that any and every form of trauma is highly relevant and it’s most likely affecting your quality of life. Whether you had a parent who overworked and ignored you or you were gang raped by several individuals- you were impacted and your life was never the same. I want to help you confront your trauma, process and grieve, and accept. I want you to view yourself as the free, confident person you were created to be! I specialize in helping clients feel free enough to confront and process their life experiences. Whether it is a recent crisis or things from your past that are holding you back, we address and process. I help you begin to function at your highest capacity and healthy thinking, which allows you to enjoy life and everything it has to offer.
You may minimize your needs, maybe you’re scared, or just hopeless. That is totally understandable. My goal is to help you feel safe and stable through my gift of empathy and understanding. I create a nonjudgmental space for you to be yourself and express hurt and needs. Once you’re safe, we will begin the healing journey at your desired pace.
